Absolutely Studio delivered a large-scale painted floor mural across the residents’ terrace at The Collective Old Oak in West London, featuring artwork by London-based artist Darren John.
Working across cultural, public and commercial spaces, Darren John developed a bold graphic composition that runs the full length of the balcony corridor, guiding residents from the narrower terrace edge toward a wider communal seating area.
The artwork spans approximately 30 metres by 3 metres, transforming the transitional walkway into a defined shared space within the co-living development.
Installed on site by Absolutely Studio, the painted surface integrates colour directly into the architecture of the terrace while remaining visible from multiple vantage points within the building.
