Absolutely Studio produced this vibrant feature wall mural for the MAC Cosmetics flagship store on Carnaby Street in London, based on a design by Brazilian artist Eli Sudbrack AKA AVAF
Installed as the visual backdrop to the rear of the store, the mural combines bold graphic forms with highly saturated neon tones to create an energetic focal point within the retail environment.
The installation was delivered by a two-person painting team working overnight alongside shopfitters, electricians and visual merchandising teams as the store build progressed. Careful coordination with the wider construction schedule ensured the mural could be completed while other trades continued work throughout the space.
The finished artwork incorporates layered colour fields, graphic patterning and neon accents, creating depth and movement across the wall while maintaining the crisp precision required for Sudbrack’s distinctive visual language.
